Delete your account

In the app

1. Open the Iceland app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account, then Delete my account to confirm.

If an order is still on its way, wait until it is delivered or cancelled — then you can delete the account.

Without the app

Contact us from the email address or phone number on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is your account and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and password
• Your Google sign-in link and profile photo
• Your saved delivery addresses
• Your sign-in sessions, push notification registration and notification list

What is kept

Your past orders, as the business's sales and tax records. Each keeps the name, phone number and delivery address it was placed with. They are no longer linked to any account you can sign in to.

You can sign up again later with the same email or Google account; it starts as a new, empty account. See the privacy policy for more.
